With this chocolate cake recipe, you can prepare the classic chocolate cake with a cake consisting of dark chocolate and a traditional cover.   • 100 gr of dark chocolate in tablet
  • 5 eggs
  • 75 gr soft butter
  • 60 gr. of sugar
  • 1 dash of vanilla essence or a tablespoon of vanilla powder

  • To fill: Some jam to our liking (red fruits, orange …).
  • For the glaze: 75 gr of dark chocolate – 75 gr of glass sugar – Vanilla powder or vanilla essence – 100 ml of liquid cream

Instructions for the chocolate cake recipe

  1. Melt the chocolate in the microwave (half power, one minute) with the butter, and beat it mixing well.
